1. For Service Renters: Finding and Booking a Service
A. Search and Filter
- Search Smartly: Use the search bar to find services like “plumber,” “painter,” “tutor,” etc.
- Refine Results: Filter by location, price range, ratings, and availability.
B. Reviewing Service Providers
- Check Profiles: Review provider bios, credentials, and licenses.
- Read Reviews: Ratings and reviews help you judge service quality.
C. Booking and Communication
- Request a Quote / Book Now: Choose between custom quotes or instant bookings.
- Always communicate on the platform through our secure messaging system after booking.
- Confirm details: Agree clearly on scope of work, price, and schedule.
2. For Service Providers: Listing Services & Getting Hired
A. Creating a Compelling Profile
- Get Verified: Verified accounts build trust.
- Write a strong bio: Highlight your skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Upload quality photos: Professional headshots or work samples.
- Set clear prices: Hourly, fixed cost, or package deals.
B. Managing Bookings
- Respond quickly: Fast replies lead to more jobs.
- Use the calendar: Manage availability and avoid double-booking.
- Document agreements: Keep all work terms inside the booking details.
