Payments All payments are processed securely through Paystack (www.paystack.com). Funds are held and released after successful job completion. Provider earnings and affiliate commissions are sent to your Easify Account. Download the Easify app on Google Play or Apple Store.
Cancellations Cancellations follow the Service Provider’s selected policy: Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. Always check the cancellation policy before booking.
Disputes Try resolving disputes directly with the other party first. If unresolved, contact support at dispute@rentaservice.ng or call 08141120512. We review evidence and communication to mediate fairly.
Service Fees Rent A Service charges a small fee to renters, providers, or both to support operations, payment processing, and platform protection. Fees are shown clearly at checkout.
